Part 2

System Requirements. Logging on to a Zoom Power Class requires one
compatible device laptop, PC or tablet, Internet access, strong wifi
connection &, and the downloading of the Zoom app or program prior to the
appointment & practicing getting ready to log on. This may require obtaining
updates or upgrades from time to time due to software requirements. Your
lesson relies on Internet access, your ability to access a good connection may affect the quality of your lesson, the host cannot be responsible for this. Highspeed Internet access is always recommended. You acknowledge and agree that such system requirements, which may be changed from time to time, are your responsibility. I cannot be held responsible for lack of connection, or the inability to log on.

All information given in the Power Lesson, verbally or written will remain
confidential and strictly for the information only of the participant and the host.

The host cannot predict an outcome of your DVSA Theory Test day but will do
their utmost to prepare you to the highest standard achievable for you as an
individual. This may not be achievable in just one Power Lesson.
